Working with us.

CHARITIES & ORGANISATIONS.

Only A Pavement Away is the charity for the employment of people facing homelessness, prison leavers, and veterans, into careers within the hospitality industry.

We connect our network of hospitality employers and charities on our Jobs Board. By registering with Only A Pavement Away, our employers will be able to post vacancies and have access to the library of candidates. The charities will be able to create a Candidate Profile Page and apply to the vacancies on behalf of the candidates they support. All the candidates registered on our Jobs Board can also have access to a free online training platform.

Once employed, the candidate will become an Only A Pavement Away member, and a 12-month support network will be put in place for them.

At Only a Pavement Away we believe employment brings stability, therefore every successful placement is changing someone’s future.
